By placing an order with us you are confirming that any information you have given is true and accurate and that you are authorised to use the card or PayPal account on which payment is made.
We can only post or ship to the registered PayPal account holders address. We cannot ship to any other address.
We try to ensure that our website is as accurate as possible, however, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our control.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
Where applicable delivery costs will be added to the total price of the goods.

The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you placed your order, including any additional delivery costs if applicable.
If, after placing, you wish to cancel your order you can do so at any time prior to it being despatched.
You will need to contact us by email or call 01298 815461 (Monday to Friday 9.00am until 2.30pm) in order to cancel.
Unfortunately if your order has already been despatched before you contact us then you will not be unable to cancel it. You will have to return it for a refund (see our returns policy for details).
We will try to dispatch any order received and paid for by 12.00 noon on that day (except weekends and bank holidays).
Once dispatched, all orders are fully insured by Royal Mail or ourselves until they have been delivered and signed for.
As soon as your order has been delivered, or confirmed as having been delivered by Royal Mail, then you will be responsible for it.
Items will not be classed as lost until the 15th working day (as per Royal Mail terms and conditions). After this period the buyer may choose a refund or a replacement item (if available) which ever they prefer.
Overseas buyers require 21 working days before the item is classed a missing (as per Royal Mail terms and conditions).
We will under no circumstances refund or replace before the stated time period.
Buyers may return the item within 30 days from receipt as long as it is in the same condition as received and has not been altered or worn. The buyer is responsible for return postage, it will not be our property until it is received and signed for by a member of our staff.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
11) Engraving
You may be able to personalise your product with an engraving. This engraving service will allow you to have a written message engraved on your product. This engraving service is not available for all products. When this engraving service is available, it will be indicated on the relevant product page.
You agree that the content of the message which you ask us to engrave shall not, under any circumstances, infringe any applicable laws or the rights of third parties, in particular any intellectual property rights of third parties. You agree that the message that you ask us to engrave shall not be offensive, obscene, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory or contain expletives. We reserve the right to cancel your order or refuse to engrave messages which infringe applicable laws or the rights of third parties, or which we consider (in our absolute discretion) are likely to damage our company image or that of a third party, or where the message contains language that we consider to be offensive, obscene, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory [or contain expletives]. We will contact you by email or by phone to notify you if we are exercising our right to cancel your order or to refuse to engrave your message for any of these reasons. You may then (I) ask us to engrave a different message on the product, (ii) purchase the product without an engraving, or (iii) cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order, then if you have already paid for the product, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
You are responsible for ensuring that the message you ask us to engrave is correct. Once you have placed your order, the message cannot be modified.
Please note that TAG Heuer may terminate the engraving service in whole or part (including in respect of particular Products) at any time.
