If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, no problem. Our returns policy allows you to send your item(s) back and receive a full refund.

At Rubicon Watch Company, we make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected.

Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded to the original payment method used.

In order to return any item(s) as unwanted and receive a full refund, the following conditions apply:

• You have to inform us within 60 days of receiving the item, and then return the item within 60 days of that communication
• The item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with any instructions, guarantee and extras that was included
• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned unless they are faulty and are excluded from the normal returns policy

If damage or any defect is found on the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours.

To ensure we can process your return quickly and efficiently, please follow the below instructions

1. Include a covering note detailing the reason for the return and order number.
2. Download a Royal Mail returns label and attach it to the package (this is for UK returns only, if you live in the EU/Overseas, please contact us direct or see below)
3. Take your package to your local post office and retain the receipt as proof of postage

Our international policy states the buyer facilitates the return unless for reasons beyond there control (such as item defective)

4. PLEASE ENSURE THE PACKAGE IS MARKED AS A "RETURN" to avoid any issues with customs when coming back to the United Kingdom
